04-04-2019 Heard Sri Anjani Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramchandra Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to animosity.

However, on going through the F.I.R., it is evident that petitioner is only named accused alongwith five unknown accused persons and there was recovery of articles relating to exploded bomb from the place of occurrence. In view of fact
