NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 Petitioner has filed the present MJC for modification of the designation of the respondent no.2 as inadvertently in the writ application in CWJC No.184 of 2015, the respondent no.2 has been nomenclated as Director Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar. By present modification application, he submits that the petitioner retired as an Assistant Teacher and he would remain under the control of the Director, Primary Education, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna for which such inadvertent mistake is prayed to be corrected. Considering the nature of prayer of the petitioner in the modification application since in the connected writ

Patna High Court MJC No.4946 of 2018(3) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 application being CWJC No.184 of 2015 judgment was passed on 06.02.2015 while disposing of the writ application with a liberty to the petitioner for preferring his representation before the respondent no.2 Director Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar. The respondent no.2 in the writ application in CWJC No.184 of 2015 would be read as the Director, Primary Education, Govt. of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna. The order passed on 06.02.2015 would be modified to the extent indicated above.

Modification application stands allowed.
