JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-498A, 489B, 489C, 489D of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that near about 3,00,000/- (three lacs) counterfeit notes were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 529 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah stands rejected.
