JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-02-2019 Counsel for the Petitioner submits that husband of the Petitioner had applied for grant of licence under Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Rules, 1993, and, accordingly, the licence was granted bearing Licence No.1401 dated 18.06.1994. Husband of the Petitioner died and after his death the Petitioner is entitled to renew the licence in her favour on the basis of inheritance. The Petitioner has filed a detailed representation before the State Level Committee on 12.02.2018. Patna High Court CWJC No.2267 of 2019 dt.07-02-2019 2/2 the State Level Committee for Wood based Industries, Govt. of Bihar, to grant approval to the Licencing Officer to renew the Licence No.1401 dated 18.06.1994 in terms of Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Rules, 1993, is enclosed as Annexure- P-2. In such circumstances, this writ application is disposed off with direction to Respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation dated 12.02.2018 filed by Petitioner i.e. Annexure- P-2, after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, and looking into relevant documents filed on behalf of Petitioner, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner will file a copy of the said representation along with copy of this order as well as other documents before Respondent No.2 within a period of one month from the date of this order.
