2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) r/w section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner secured appointment on the post of 'Gramin Dak Sewak' on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Gramin Dak Sewak after due verification of all his education certificates by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12737 of 2025(3) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already tendered his resignation from service on 30.11.2016 and since then, he is out of service. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for CBI opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already tendered his resignation from the service and he has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI, Muzaffarpur / concerned Court in connection with Case No. RC0232016A0013 dated 03.08.2016, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
