2. This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. of Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 230 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 308, 504, 448, 506, 379 of the IPC as well as for quashing of the cognizance order dated 01.01.2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Tr. No. 2996/17.
