2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner along with other co-accused is accused of committing gang rape of a 14 years old girl. The petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in a case of gang rape even though another co-accused has been granted bail. It is accordingly dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
