Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within ten months of her marriage in other than natural circumstance. In post mortem examination, some injuries were found on the neck of the deceased. Moreover, there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner. Although learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail but taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 151/2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned court stands rejected.
