JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation of firing but according to the prosecution case itself, firing of the petitioner did not hit the informant and it was co-accused Babloo Singh, who shot fire on informant's son Amit Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note that petitioner is in jail custody since 18.02.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 69 of 2016.
