The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2021 in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 208 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Kalicharan Choudhary has fired upon the deceased. Considering the period of custody and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the present application for bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
