Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the first information report, it appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 1.1.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case no. 334/2015.
