Patna High Court CWJC No.928 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 grievance against selection of the respondent no. 7 as a PDS dealer.

2. On such representation being made, the Divisional Commissioner shall consider the same on its own merit duly putting all the parties on notice including Respondent No.7 and then passing a reasoned order.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of the complaint by the District Magistrate, Samastipur.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the District Magistrate shall give an opportunity of hearing to the parties. Any order passed, shall be communicated to the parties.
