The petitioner no. 2 apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner gave iron rod blow over the head of informant. Co-accused Arun Yadav assaulted the informant by means of Tangi.

It is submitted that injury attributed to this petitioner is simple in nature whereas, injury attributed to co-accused Naresh Yadav is grievous in nature. Both parties are Pattidars. As a matter of fact, casual altercation took place between the

Considering the facts aforesaid, Naresh Yadav petitioner no. 2, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
