2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 01.11.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 379, 302/34 of the IPC in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 201/2015.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawing the present application with
