The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karja PS case no. 62 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding snatching of a sum of Rs. 4.35 lacs approx. from Reliance petrol pump by four unknown miscreants and the name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation as one of the miscreants.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and infact, no recovery has been made from the petitioner nor any T.I. Parade has been held so as to connect the

It is further submitted that the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, hence the petitioner is ready to be imposed with such conditions as this Court may deem fit for the purposes of enlarging the petitioner on regular bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 2nd West Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja PS case no. 62 of 2018. It is further directed that the petitioner shall mark his presence before the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station at 10 am on every Monday and in case of failure to do so on two consecutive occasions, the present privilege of bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
