Petitioners seek bail in connection with Fulwariya P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 429, 188, 295, 295A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion.
