The present petition has been preferred for: issuance of an appropriate Writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus to the respondents for immediate demarcated the land of the petitioner Situated at Mauza :- Pahadi, West of Masauri Road, Thana No. 14 Khata no. 247 Survey Plot No. Part of 1431, area 1980 Sqft.

3. Though the copy of the writ petition was served upon the State Counsel in the year 2019 itself, no reply is on record. However, learned State Counsel submits that a perusal of the writ petition would show that the petitioner has not even approached the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna for the relief he has sought for.

4. In that view of the matter if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna with proper petition and requisite fee, the concerned respondent shall ensure that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion within next six months.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
