Petitioner is a juvenile. He has been made accused in a case under Section 364(A)/120B of the Penal Code. He is named in the First Information Report along with 18 others but from perusal of the First Information Report it does not appear that he was directly involved in the abduction. Besides the present case he is not accused in any other case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, judgment dated 16.04.2015 passed by Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Cr. Appeal No.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.434 of 2015 dt.11-06-2015 2/2 08/2015 is set aside and petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhisarai in connection with G.R. No. 308/2012, arising out of Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2012.
