JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission of charge-sheet against the petitioner under Section 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code as also the fact that the petitioner has been involved in at least three other Criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though one similarly situated accused, namely, Rajesh Kumar @ Gore Lal, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14894 of 2016. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present. In case the trial is not concluded within six months from
