From the materials available on record, it appears that the attempt of the petitioners is rehearing of the case, which was disposed of. The second round of hearing is not the scope of review and as such the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence in the matter in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr Vs. State for NCT of Delhi & Ors., reported in (2018) 8 SCC 149.
