Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. The informant happens to be a thirteen years old girl who stated that petitioner caught hold her hand and dragged her with bad intention. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
