The petitioner has moved this Court for compliance of the order dated 24.09.2018 in CWJC No.8134 of 2018. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.4 enclosing letter no.146 dated 27.07.2019 passed by the Office of Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi by which vide a reasoned, order the claim of the petitioner has been negated. In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out.

Patna High Court MJC No.4949 of 2018(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in a writ court. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
