Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one Raj Kishore Sahni were caught with motorcycle which is said to be stolen property for which petitioner is in jail custody since 21.6.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Raj Kishore Sahni has already been granted privilege of bail by Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Hajipur but the same court rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner only on the ground that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
