In this case the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 7/2016, arising out of Vigilance (Patna) P.S.Case No. 14/ 2016 instituted for the offences under section 7/13(1)(d) read with section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The petitioner was caught red-handed while taking bribe of Rs.10,000/-. The petitioner is in jail since 6.2.2016. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Harishankar Prasad Kushwaha @ Harishasnkar Pd.
