The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2013 in a case for the offence registered under Section of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25355 of 2014 (6) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information report but subsequently, petitioner was taken into custody and by his self-statement made before the police, he has been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2013, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 385 of 2013.
