Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him except to the extent that the informant and his other family members asked the petitioner and others to take the deceased for treatment but the petitioner and his other family members refused the same.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
