The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to recover the compensation amount of Rs. 7,81,479/- along with interest from the private

Patna High Court CWJC No.5138 of 2021 dt.17-11-2021 2/2 respondents in terms of award dated 15.10.2015 passed by the Workmens Compensation Commissioner, Muzaffarpur in WC Case No. 16 of 2012. He has also sought a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hazipur to execute the warrant of attachment of movable property of the private respondents in terms of the warrant issued by the Certificate Officer, Muzaffarpur in Case No. 1634 of 2015-16.

On notice being issued to learned counsel for the respondents, he assures the Court that necessary action shall be taken by the concerned authorities at the earliest. A compliance report shall be submitted in the Registry of this Court within eight weeks from today.

The application stands disposed off.
