Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that the name of petitioner and some others appeared in conversation of dacoits. Moreover, except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statement of petitioner and other accused and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 10.2.2016 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16979 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.274 of 2015.
