JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71950 of 2018 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017, by which petitioner was granted bail with four weeks time to surrender before the Court.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner could not surrender before the Court below due to unavoidable circumstances within the stipulated time and as such, it is prayed that alias name of the petitioner may be added and the time granted to surrender be further extended. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19356 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 submits that petitioner seeks addition of his alias name, however he has not produced any document in its support. Under such circumstances, I do not feel inclined to extend the time granted for surrender and addition of the alias name of the petitioner. Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
