The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.655 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute, the application for bail is allowed.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5217 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 levelled against the petitioners, the petitioners above-named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 655 of 2021.
