The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379, 467, 468, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of voter identity card of the informant but, later on, she returned the voter identity card. It is alleged that the petitioner got issued a SIM bearing no. 7250861867 on the basis of the aforesaid voter identity card and the aforesaid SIM was used in commission of different crimes. It is submitted that the petitioner is a married girl. She did not participate in any crime. Nobody has seen the petitioner committing theft of the voter identity card of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 21.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25354 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014.
