The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner has committed unnatural sexual offence against a seven years' old grand son of the informant while he had gone to bring biscuit. Blood was oozing out from his private part.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2015, Tr. No. 33 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi. This application for bail is, accordingly, rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Amin/- U
