Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this writ application family pension of the petitioner has started pursuant to P.P.O. No. 200911071144 dated 19.01.2009. Learned counsel further submits that during pendency of this writ application arrears of pension and family pension of the petitioner has been paid. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. Permission is granted.
