The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant had made a complaint against the petitioners before the police. Thereafter, the police came to

It is alleged that these petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the guest of the informant by axe, lathi, bricks, as a result of which, he sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Prior to lodging of the present case, wife of petitioner No. 1 has lodged Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 48 of 2010 against the father and mother of the informant and since then the informant and the petitioners were on inimical term. It is the specific case of the informant that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 assaulted to the guest of the informant but there is no injury report on record to substantiate the version of the informant.

Case No. 334 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
