JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 288 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019.

Considering the fact that the other co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
