The petitioner is an accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Dhananjay Kumar Mishra, A.C.J.M.Vth, Saran at Chapra.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws by administering the poison due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2016. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submits that admittedly the deceased is wife of the petitioner who died within two years of her marriage at her

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
