1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that in case the petitioner files a representation to the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the District Manager, Bihar Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Munger, the grievance of the petitioner will be looked into and necessary orders shall be passed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also agreed for the same.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2630 of 2023(3) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Respondent No. 2, i.e. the District Manager, Bihar Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Munger, herein ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks and on such representation being made, the same shall be considered on its own merits and necessary orders shall be passed and payments made, if any. In case the representation of the petitioner is dismissed, the copy of the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks thereof.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off.
