The present bail application has been filed in terms of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35540 of 2021 wherein liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after the husband of the deceased surrenders. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased surrendered on 07.01.2022 as is evident from the surrender certificate which is annexed as Annexure-3 to the bail application.

In view of the liberty granted, the petitioner who is the father-in-law of the deceased is directed to be released on
