The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2014 in connection with Nawa Nagar (Sonbarsha) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014 for the offence registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though on chase, the petitioner was arrested and allegedly, the money as well as loaded revolver was recovered from his possession but the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, a separate case bearing Nawa Nagar (Sonebarsa) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 under the Arms Act has been registered against the petitioner regarding the same occurrence in which he has already been

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawa Nagar (Sonebarsa) P.S.
