2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 651 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2)(a), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner was involved in the racket of providing jobs to the candidates for money on the basis of forged documents, by managing the exam centre. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
