Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/27 & 35 of the Arms Act. .Petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and except the disclosure made by co-accused who was caught on the spot, there is nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.
