====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by four co-accused persons as named in the written report who have been arrested by the police on chase. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since16.7.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2522 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
