ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the petitioner has already paid the entire loan amount under the OTS scheme and, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present case.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

3. In case the entire loan amount has already been paid by the petitioner, the Bank shall release the documents, if any, mortgaged at the earliest.
