JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that petitioner took her to his home but the victim has, nowhere, stated about any ill-treatment meted out to her by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Ben P.S.Case No. 110 of 2014.
