In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No.38 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are agnates of the informant. Both the sides clash against each other in connection with land dispute. There is direct allegation against one Deepak Kumar, who has assaulted the victim by Farsa. There is no direct allegation against the present petitioners, save and except, omnibus allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
