In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 452 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the petitioner is the brother-in-law. The marriage of the victim girl was solemnized with Umesh Thakur. An allegation has been made that on account non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the victim was killed by the husband and other family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that except husband and the present petitioner, all the family members have been granted bail by this Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
