JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner was arrested in Makhdumpur P.S.Case No. 142 of 2015 in which he made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.12.2015 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
