Mr.Md. Matloob Rab ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 4.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44387 of 2018.

The allegation is about recovery of 21 kg. and 45 grams of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about one year but up till now only charge has been framed and two witnesses have been examined. Heard learned APP.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner rather the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as expeditiously as possible.
