====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the F.I.R. wherein specific allegation is attributed as against the petitioner, which has been assailed by Sri Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Sr. Advocate to be false and also taking into consideration the post-mortem report, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
