2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 47 pieces of 180 ml. each of foreign liquor (total 8.28 liters) has been recovered from a motorcycle and this petitioner alongwith co-accused Rishikesh Kumar are alleged to have supplied the aforesaid liquor to apprehended accused persons. Besides this, petitioner has got five criminal antecedent, out of which, four cases are of similar nature.
